What is RefStart?

RefStart is a web-based reference application giving librarians customizable one-click access to reference tools, search, web 2.0 sites and popular social networks. As a standard feature of Text a Librarian, RefStart enables librarians to make the most efficient use of time while receiving and responding to patron inquiries.

Inspired by conversations with over 1,000 reference librarians, RefStart is a fully flexible, Library 2.0-friendly addition to Mosio's Text a Librarian web-based software, increasing efficiencies at (or away from) the library reference desk.
